What is the format of the conference?
Every day from November 23 to 27, at 5:00 p.m., will take place one online session. After short presentations of 3 speakers will held Q&A session.
How long should presentations be?
The maximum time for each presentation is 12 minutes.
What language will CopyCamp be held in?
Some of the sessions will be in Polish and some in English. The organizers do not provide translations.
Do I need my own equipment as a speaker?
Yes. All speakers must organize their own teleconference tools – a laptop (prefer) or a mobile phone with a camera, good quality headphones with a microphone, good Internet connection, good facial lighting. To smooth running of the event, all presentations will be displayed from the speakers’ computers.
Should I prepare a presentation?
It would be nice if you prepare a presentation. Please remember that during teleconferences, slides must be prepared with a very large, clear font to be readable on small screens. There should be no more than 3 sentences / 200 characters of text on the slide. The size of the font should be min. 35 points. Presentations should be prepared in the 16: 9 format. If you attach graphics, photos, videos, or music, which are not prepared by you, you should select these on the free license. You can found them at flickr.com, pixabay.com, catalog.loc.gov, Wikipedia, etc. or via Google / Yahoo.

October/November: Open Call results
November 18: deadline for sending slides

How is the selection made?
All proposals will be reviewed by the jury. Speakers will be informed of the Open Call results by e-mail.
How to submit a proposal?
Register on the copycamp.pl website by filling in the Open Call registration form.
